Haymills (Gibraltar) Limited has operated on The Rock since 1988. Activity has grown significantly over the years, from humble beginnings as a MoD contractor through to the current climate where the business now has fully established and respected core service areas with a deliberate local focus.

The Business Unit prides itself on a high retention of staff, with long serving employees - particularly the management team - providing a consistent and reliable approach to all our construction projects. In addition, we have invested in the next generation of professionals, developing trade disciplines to ensure knowledge and experience remains dynamic and relevant to the needs on The Rock.

Major Projects: A defined project divisional team focusing on specific and larger scale developments with an established professional resident team of staff.

Special Works: Specific projects requiring specialist and defined services which are common to Gibraltar’s daily needs, focusing on the ever-changing requirements of the Government, MoD and private sector clients. Special Works also offers vital direct resource capability to all other departments within the Gibraltar Group.

Scaffolding: Investment in new resource and equipment ensures the Team can profitably meet the increasing demand from both Haymills and other companies. A market leader in initiatives and standards.

EMServ: Provides all building mechanical & electrical services systems to local customers - from conceptual design to installation, including planned and preventative maintenance.

Safety and Risk Management: A Health and Safety training and consultancy business established to serve the demanding requirements of the Government and local bodies.

Labour Hire (Gibraltar): A joint venture initiative providing much needed resource into a busy marketplace to support both Haymills and other companies. The supply chain spreads across Europe and currently provides 200 plus varying trade personnel to numerous businesses in Gibraltar.
