Property Services Introduction
History
Haymills has carried out Measured Term Contract (MTC) work for over 60 years, beginning as far back as the Second World War, where contracts were undertaken on Suffolk Airfields used by the US Airforce. More recently though, it was decided to adopt a streamlined approach to this specialist area of the construction industry and incorporate all of the MTC and Maintenance contracts under one corporate umbrella. To this end, Property Services was formed as a separate Business Unit within Haymills in 1999. Since then it has continued to grow from strength to strength, achieving financial objectives and client service goals.
The formation of this Business Unit means that Haymills has a dedicated and experienced team who specialise in both the MTC and maintenance fields providing a unified approach to both public and private market sectors. Furthermore, all clients, architects and quantity surveyors have a single point of contact within the Business Unit to proactively deal with any issues that may arise.
