 Philip Smith – Operations Manager

A diligent and responsible manager with over 26 year’s construction experience, who has substantial knowledge of a variety of building contracts and projects.  A dependable and loyal team member who is a self-starter and can demonstrate a high aptitude for working individually on his own initiative.  Proven ability to build and sustain sound business relationships.  A logical and incisive thinker with a level headed approach to problem solving.  Experience in new build commercial, retail, educational and healthcare sectors - together with refurbishment of listed buildings. Alan Saunders – Planning Manager

Alan is involved with planning projects from the early pre-qualification stages through to tender and contract.  Planning issues such as time, sequence, phasing, access, welfare, safe working methods, noise occupied buildings, etc, are investigated at each phase of the project - and working solutions and practical options are investigated.
