Experience: With a background in engineering and progression into site and contract management, Julian has worked in the industry for over 25 years. Particular knowledge of partnering and negotiated contracts has lead to the passionate belief that exceeding customer expectations is the only way to successfully do business. | | | | |  | | Jason Smith, London Business Unit Director Profile: Promoted to London Operations Director (from Marketing Director) and has established a strong and dynamic business particularly within the commercial, education and healthcare sectors. Experience: Over the last 20 years Tony has worked on a wide range of projects, utilising his local knowledge, developing his Team and building long-term relationships. This in turn has produced a competitive business, allowing for continued and controlled growth within an ever-changing and demanding industry. | | | | |  | | Gary Nunn, Property Services Business Unit Director Profile: Gary has worked at Haymills since 1978 and has vast experience of the overall management of maintenance and term contracts and running a highly proficient and well established business. Experience: With a growing business and positive order book, Gary is overseeing many MTC contracts for a wide variety of clients, including Defence Estates, Metropolitan Police Service, Natural History Museum, Local Authorities and Housing Associations such as Flaghsip and Hereward. | | | | |  | | Chris Maryon, Conservation Business Unit Director Profile: Chris has actively developed the Conservation business in terms of strategy, management and planning since its inception in 2004 and has delivered operational objectives year after year. Experience: Having worked in this highly specialised area of the industry for over 20 years, Chris has a wide range of knowledge working for both private and public clients within the ecclesiastical, residential and estate markets. Key customers include the National Trust, English Heritage and many Borough Councils. | | | | |  | | Steve Farrant, Financial Director Profile: Steve joined Haymills in 2002 and has implemented a cultural change concerning financial management systems within the Company. His wide breadth of knowledge and experience within business has allowed him to enhance excellent customer service for Haymills, both internally and externally. Experience: Oversees all Company financial matters acting as a central resource across all regions bringing continuity and consistency to the business. | | | | |  | | Phil Giles, Commercial Director Profile: Joined Haymills in 1999 as Commercial Director, having spent over 35 years in the industry as a Quantity Surveyor. In this time Phil has acquired experience in a full range of surveying and commercial activities associated with new build and refurbishment contracts. Experience: Responsible for establishing commercial and contractual policy and procedures, whilst providing support and assistance in the operational aspects of these activities. | | | | |  | | Viv Lavis, HR Director Profile: Viv joined Haymills in 1999 and established an efficient HR function within Haymills that satisfies the importance of people – both internal staff and external customers – contributing towards the Company’s profitability. Experience: Predominately from a manufacturing background, Viv has found that leading edge practices translated well into the construction industry. Particular focus has been on implementing HR best practice throughout the business. |
