We are always looking for new talent to join the Haymills team. We offer a variety of different career opportunities, from a hands-on tradesperson, to a more technical role as a Quantity Surveyor.

Haymills is a progressive company which has embraced change and in turn continues to invest in the training and development of its people. We support trades people by offering a wide range of on-the-job training, as well as providing the opportunity to gain NVQs/Apprenticeships in skills such as bricklaying, joinery, carpentry and plumbing. Moreover, we assist our staff in expanding their technical expertise and achieving professional qualifications such as RICS, CIOB, CIPS, etc.

Providing a safe working environment for all staff is core to our Company values and achieving awards like the RoSPA Gold award ten years running is evident of this.

Haymills encourages innovation and offers staff the chance to deal with new challenges and the opportunity to shine in their respective careers.

Our Graduate Training Programme is an important way of attracting new talent into the business and our Personal Development Plan is designed to continually develop their skills, with many responsibilities delegated at an early stage.

Opportunities are also available for undergraduates during their placement year to study appropriate degree courses.
